Coppin Heights Community Development Corporation (CHCDC) collects personal information when you send an email. This information is collected when you use the contact form on our site or email us directly.

None of the information collected from you is given, sold or traded to any other companies, advertisers or persons. All information remains in house and is used in future communications with you. We may however provide your information to a partner organization if your communication requires a follow-up response.

Donation Processing & Fees

Donations made through our website are processed securely via Stripe, a third-party payment processor. When you make a donation, your payment information is handled by Stripe in accordance with their privacy policy and security standards.

Mammoth Websites applies a 0.5% platform fee to support the operation of this donation portal. Coppin Heights CDC receives the remaining donation amount directly. Additionally, Stripe processing fees apply to each transaction (2.9% of the donation amount plus $0.30 per transaction).

You have the option to cover these fees when making a donation. If you choose to cover fees, the total amount charged will include your donation amount plus all applicable fees. If you choose not to cover fees, the fees will be deducted from your donation amount, and your net donation will be the amount you specified minus the fees.

Privacy Policy Changes

CHCDC may amend or change policies written in this Privacy Policy. If the changes significantly alter this Privacy Policy, we may e-mail you notifying you of the changes.
