Meet CHCDC's newest Team Members
CHCDc is excited to welcome two new members to the team. Our organization is growing and improving each day and we’re thrilled to have you along for the ride!
Kevin Holley
Project Manager
Kevin Holley has 30+ years of successful experience in leading public & private sector,
including over 20 years of consulting on IRS projects and programs. He has served as an
architect, engineer, analyst, development lead, scheduler, deputy program manager,
and scrum master (a professional who leads a team using AGILE project management
through the course of the project).
The Program Manager responsibilities include organizing and reporting on
development activities for the houses CHCDC is developing. H produces
reconciliation reports to provide to oversight organizations working
with CHCDC. Mr. Holley is working on reinstating the
Coppin Heights Community Land Trust.
Eli Lopatin
Eli began his role as the first Executive Director of the Greater
Mondawmin Coordinating Council in March 2023, and brings with him a
wealth of experience in Baltimore City based community work, as well
as a familiarity with the Greater Mondawmin and West Baltimore areas.
He believes strongly in the power of collective voices working together
to create a stronger Baltimore in which all of its residents thrive.
Originally from Pittsburgh, Eli arrived in Baltimore in early 2006 after completing his undergraduate studies at the University of Missouri.
Coppin Heights Community Development Corporation (CHCDC) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization committed to developing and improving affordable housing in the Greater Coppin Heights/Rosemont community.
